Mobile Library
As previously mentioned, the Mobile Library service is to visit Wrawby every 3 weeks, starting from April. March will be the last month of the current 2 weekly service. The visiting day remains Wednesday and the times are as follows, and will continue to be included on the back page of the Parish Magazine:
- Village Hall - 12.20pm - 12.40 pm
- Central Stores - 13.15pm - 13.35 pm
- Starr Carr Lane/Barton Road - 13.40pm - 14.00 pm
Self Service Portal
As previously mentioned, North Lincs. Council have set up a portal to enable residents to report any problem (highways issues, bin collection issues etc.) to the Council. Residents can register on www.northlincs.gov.uk/quickclick and report any item on an e-form that can be downloaded. Staff at North Lincs. will ensure that the report reaches the appropriate department (highways etc.) and an acknowledgement will be received, including the course of action to be taken. Further publicity will follow.
Wrawby Crime Report
The following crimes were recorded in January 2013: -
1 Burglary in a dwelling (Melton Road)
A road traffic collision was dealt with in Kettleby Lane.
Youths were reported in the school grounds.
And a caller reported being harassed by a following motorist whilst driving.

St Mary's Church, Wrawby

Every six years the church is required to have a completely new electoral roll, this year 2013 is the year when we are required to do this. Even if you have been on the roll before you are required to reapply to be on the new one.
Membership of the church electoral roll entitles you to be present at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting and to vote at that meeting.
A person may be on the parish Electoral Roll if they meet all of the following criteria:
1. They are a lay person
2. They have been baptised
3. They are one of the following:
a) a member of the Church of England
b) a member of a Church in communion with the Church of England
c) a member in good standing of a Church which subscribes to the doctrine of the Holy Trinity (not being in communion with the Church of England) and also prepared to declare him- or herself to be a member of the Church of England having habitually attended public worship during the six months prior to enrolment
4. They are at least 16 years of age
5. They are resident in the parish, or if not resident in the parish, have habitually attended public worship in the parish during a six month period prior to enrolment
6. They have completed an Application for Enrolment form
Application forms are available in church or from Nigel Good, 40 York Road, Brigg and should be returned to Nigel by March 16th.
